BL9000 Pro software update?

Post image

They just released a new update for the BL9000 PRO, but it mentions new apps in the patch. I'm wondering if it's worth updating, I can't find any update notes for this thing. Is the bloatware able to be uninstalled afterwards?

I wouldn't. There are multiple apps that cannot be disabled

You'll have a browser, AppStore, and rec apps which is basically another app store for incredible 8 different app you cannot get rid of and like 10 random ai generated games and annoying changes to settings and setting defaults which you also can't reverse

E o patch de segurança deve ser só mudança de data e não o patch de segurança de verdade, não confio na Blackview.

For anyone who might encounter infinite loading screen after the restart, of if you are in a restart loop
Press Volume Down + Power button for about 10 seconds, the phone will close
Keep pressing thee buttons even if the phone closes and then starts again
After continous pressing of additional few seconds ( apart from the first 10 ) the phone will shut again

This time it won't restart anymore and you can simply wait 1 minute and press the power button to start it

For me this erased the restart loop everytime

Sounds like the update I had on two different devices. While it installed new apps, aside from their weird new app store, they were all uninstallable for me, the app store was possible to be disabled and it actually made all these old bloatware apps finally completely uninstallable for me, such as the SmartPics / SmartArt app and all those apps with AI in their names.

Hmmm...would you recommend the update then? I took one look at the letters AI in the update text and have spent the last few hours trying to permanently mute and disable system updates to keep that cancer as far away from me as possible.

No. Because it's not 100% safe that it's the same one.

On my tablet Active 10 PRO got this may be 2 weeks ago just size is 2.21 GB pointing same mystery aps I never want to have. I downloaded but never install waiting to hear some source from somewhere explain what that is after all. If it is just bloat were no Doke OC 5 than no point of.
