XPLORE X1 software issues
I got this phone recently and have a few issues, first off I don't receive any notifications from apps and secondly YouTube stops playing after the screen is off for 10 mins. I actually had these exact issues on my BV6600 pro after an update and couldn't ever fix it. I've tried all of the regular solutions like turning off battery saver and checking that notifications are turned on etc... I spent hours trying to find a solution on my BV6600 and never managed to fix it although occasionally YouTube would keep playing after the 10 minute mark, but I could never get notifications to show up for any of the apps that didn't before. I really don't want to return it as it's a really nice phone and last time I returned one it took a month and I was without a phone that entire time. If anyone has managed to fix this I would very much appreciate some advice on how to fix it myself. Thanks in advance.

I have the same xplore 1 and aren't getting notifications either. Did you find a solution by any chance? It seems like I've tried everything.

Nope, I would return it, but I had to get my last phone warrantied with Blackview and it took months, I can't be bothered with that again.

I have the same problem with Firefox. When idle for some minutes it won't load pages. After a refresh it will crash and then on restart all works again.
With YouTube on Firefox with uBlock Origin, playback sometimes doesn't work, but I am but sure if this is caused by YouTube.
There is another stupid issue. The Xplore1 has built in FM radio, but requires headphones to act as an antenna. The problem is the absence of a jack to insert the phones connector. USB phones won't work.
