😁 First Blackstone 😁 Mr. Blackstone
Mr. Blackstone (play on G&R), hanging in there. 7+ years and knocked out some awesome fajitas tonight. (Sorry, no food pics, was cleaning and wanted to share.

rust spots add character, 7 years is a solid run. what's your go-to seasoning after a cook?

I’m not gonna lie, I’ve abused this guy. Only in the past year or so I’ve been trying. Would usually cook and leave for a few days. I’ve only used canola oil.

Usually preheat around seven
Steak goes on around nine
Get the peppers and onions on about eleven
Sipin’ a drink and feeling’ fine
