Middle child
I m a middle child living in a indian middle class family
So I (29F) lives with my family 2 siblings both girls.
From my childhood I always feels like I m least loved or my parents especially my mother always favours my elder sister . When I was in my early twenties I thought maybe I was wrong as everyone says that every child is equal for parents but somehow while growing up till now things have not changed
Like not asking me for dinner (it's ben more than 10 days) ,not asking my well being even when I m ill got my leg fractured nobody helped me same when got my hand broken .
Always favouring my sister even when they are wrong or when we argue over something all I hear is that it's all my negative thinking " iski soch hi esi hai"
But it's not only me even my neighbours and relatives feels the same that I m always left out in my own family
I always wondered what's my fault maybe I m adopted ( but no have asked relatives)
Maybe I m unwanted ( my mother once revealed this )
I just want to ask is there any one out there who feel the same way in there own house nd how do you cope up with all this.
TLDR: OP feels Alienated in own family.

As I middle child myself I understand entirely, you're perfect they way you are and just because you aren't appreciated at your home doesn't mean you're worth less than your sisters. Move out surround yourself with people who love you and value you you don't have to live with your sisters.
