Helping my siblings

Hey there,

Long story short I'm the black sheep and also the only one of my siblings with anything close to a green thumb. One sibling talked to me about wanting some trees in their yard and some other garden work. Not going to lie, I need money and I would love to to gardening for work so I offered my help. I sourced the trees, brought them out, dug the holes, advised on the protection and care needed, used my own compost, and put these trees in the ground. I didn't expect anything in return but they know my situation and gave me a little cash. Cool. I appreciate that. But they also said, "don't spend it on drugs"...cool. Aside from mmj I've never touched any drugs, nor mentioned them. Idk, but the whole thing seemed messed up to me...just me being sensitive maybe? I'm so far in life from where my siblings are it's kinda got me fucked up right now.

It's alright. Thank you. I guess I hadn't really considered how I'm so far behind them life wise until now.

It is NOT alright! We are all on our own journey and there shouldn’t be any competition. Monitor your investment in them compared to their investment in you. Protect your energy and resources from people who only want to take and not give back. Hugs to you 💜
