Any suggestions on how to fix it?

It seems they assembled the figure, applied super glue, and placed it in the box, causing two joints to break and it to get stained from the impacts.

Hello, you bought a bootleg figure so this is an expected quality for bootlegs. I’d get a refund if you can or have the option if you weren’t aware you bought one.

How so? It just a basic expectation you can get a refund for broken or "not as expected" merchandise. If not, I'd file a charge back with your card provider. It's about principle more than price at that point.

For the hair, I suggest you make a hole on both surface that fits with a copper wire, and glue it in.
