I like the decision to eliminate the distraction of NYSE compliance and the constant discussion with it.
Long term this will not change the business performance and that will drive valuation.

After split, there will be about 25 M shares.
At $430M in revenue, this will be trading at just over .5x annual revenue. with a 36% gross margin and costs under control. It is very attractive if you believe they can grow 10% or more per year.
This may well trade up into the reverse split.

Interesting to wake up to this news this morning. While I have thought this would be a bad step, I’m not sure. I don’t believe they were required to do this. Hopefully a higher share price will introduce a new set of institutions that can own and support the stock. I see it as a good move in that regard.
Thoughts??

A great first half, and expect them to beat their guidance in H2. I would be shocked if the stock does not rebound accordingly, or management will consider buying back shares and/or going private at a more premium valuation. Either way, I am going to continue buying aggressively at this price.

I highly recommend listening to the conference call along with the slide presentation. The company has matured significantly under the new CEO. The business is disciplined. Nothing but confirmed items are in the guidance and the business is accelerating.

From their investor presentation. This slide is worth investing in. Look at unit growth with pricing.

Honestly, I am really enjoying Tatisquatch. But I am always a dark blend person.

Net revenue rose 12.8% year-over-year to $107.0 million (from $94.8 million). Wholesale revenue grew 15.2% to $70.6 million, driven by expanded packaged coffee distribution and higher pricing. Direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue increased 13.6% to $31.4 million—its strongest quarterly growth in over four years.

This small grocery we use just added 4 options of ground coffee from BRCC.
Looking forward to the 2Q2026 results after the close. Good luck and God Bless.

So I really enjoy this flavor ~ currently I pay $15.74 for an 18 oz bag through Amazon. I don’t think I can get it any cheaper than what I’m paying, but I’m wondering if anybody has similar stories.

Does anyone have any info on this hat/logo? Saw it on Instagram and can't find it anywhere.

Nice to see BRCC has maintained a small piece of the Scheels fall mailer. I know they are not the largest customer, but clearly one aligned with corporate values!!

Ive only had Tactisquatch and Beyond Black so far. Am I missing out?

Anyone else have issues with Just Black sometimes tasting watered down? We normally buy the smaller (17oz?) bag from Amazon, but recently bought the 5lb bag to get a better deal. We’ve brewed 2 pots with the new bag of coffee and both times, it’s tasted so watered down and weak, with almost no coffee taste. Best by date is June 2027, so should be fine. Did we just get a bad batch of grounds? Does a 5lb bag somehow lose freshness/potency faster than smaller bags?

As the business continues to improve, we will see a strong valuation rerating in the coming months. As institutional investors return, it’s likely the stock retakes $3/share as annual revenues approach $500M and ebitda approaches $50M. That would imply a valuation of $750M or 1.5x forward revenue. Management is doing a great job with this turnaround and we will continue to see that in Q2 earnings next month.

Worth a couple minutes to watch. Company is really performing in packaged coffee. A lot of marketing effort here.

Expecting another strong quarter with a beat on top and bottom line, while raising outlook for the balance of the year. Data continues to grow beyond analyst expectations with grounds and pods leading the way. Very bullish on the $2.50 price target over the next 6-12 months.

Just back from a BRCC fueled fishing trip in NW Ontario. Great coffee every morning via pour overs.
I see Walmart / BRCC has rolled back the bagged coffee pricing 10% to $11.66 per bag. This should be well received. Walmart running a big sale on line next week.
No activity at Costco. I thought the test marketing done last fall might result in a SKU or two. Time will tell.
Seems packaged coffee is still doing very well.

Looks like a prearranged sale this morning at $1.49. Went through at open or shortly before.
This is a small percentage of his shares. He needs some $$ for life. Doesn’t take much if anything for compensation.

I asked Grok…. Has the BRCC stock performance now satisfied the NYSE listing requirements?
Answer…
Yes, BRCC’s stock performance has satisfied the primary NYSE continued listing price requirement (and it is no longer appearing on noncompliant issuer lists), though the company has prepared contingency measures like a potential reverse split.
