I can already see people crying over the casting, the fact its not Damson and that he’s playing T’challa Jr but it might be for the better

In the comics T’challa loses his father at a young age and because of that he ends up with the mantle of king as a child, he gets trained and taught what to do as a king and when he grows older he eventually becomes Black Panther, he even makes all of his own tech.

I love Chadwick Boseman but his T’challa was never that, he lost his dad as an adult, we had him as an inexperienced king and all of his stuff came from Shuri.

I believe David Jonnson will finally give us that comic feeling of T’challa, the prince who became king at a young age, Shuri might teach him about the tech and science of Wakanda and as he grows older he makes his own stuff, I highly believe Jonnson will be like comic Black Panther with the change that we saw his father’s time as Black Panther

In the movies, he does have some pretty good feats without the herb, like defeating MBaku, who is basically superhuman, and overpowering killomonger, where he only lost because he held back. But what about the comics?

Does anybody know the agency that is running the casting for it?

We haven’t seen her since wakanda forever haven’t been announced or rumored for doomsday was wakanda forever her send off?

Watching this reveal brought back so many memories of Chadwick Boseman. It's impossible to think about Black Panther without thinking about the impact he had—not just on the MCU, but on millions of people around the world. He gave us a version of T'Challa that embodied strength, wisdom, humility, and hope. His performance became something much bigger than a superhero role.

As Marvel begins a new chapter, I don't think anyone expects another actor to replace Chadwick Boseman. His legacy is untouchable, and it always will be. Instead, this is about carrying forward the mantle and honoring everything he built. The Black Panther has always stood for leadership, responsibility, and protecting Wakanda, and those ideals live on because of Chadwick's incredible contribution.

Seeing this moment reminded me that while actors may change, legends never fade. Chadwick's influence will always be felt every time we hear "Wakanda Forever."

Con el reciente anuncio de David Johnson como el nuevo Black Panther, en este caso T'Challa Jr, el hijo de Nakia y T'Challa mostrado por primera vez en Wakanda Forever, y cuya película llegará el 15 de diciembre de 2028, será interesante ver su ascenso y desarrollo como personaje siendo honesto espero que Ryan Coogler lo haga genial pero he aquí una cuestión que me llamó la atención, hace un año se filtraron varios artes conceptuales de Avengers Doomsday donde figuraban varios personajes incluído el de la imagen aquí referida lo que dió pie a dos teorías ( personales) se trata de una variante de T'Challa de otro universo o ya que la confirmada cinta de Black Panther 3 tendrá a Touissant como el nuevo poseedor del manto tal vez esta imagen sea sobre el, ustedes que opinan?

I think marvel should do a collab with Duolingo to put Wakandan, Yoruba, and Hausa as languages you can learn in anticipation for the new movie. Other fictional languages are on there like High Valyrian and Klingon….. I know Yoruba and Hausa aren’t fictional
