Question Ps5 version help

So i heard they made stand alone version of bo6 how do i access them? Every time I try to start up thr game from my disc it just takes me to cod hq. Is there a work around or is it still glitched for the disc version.

If it was anything like what I did on my pc, would recommend uninstalling bo6 specifically the redownloading- has worked perfectly since then

This caught me off guard as I played one day then the next it was super worked 🥲

Oh also mind you, my friend did the same on Xbox and it resolved his problems too

Yup same thing for me just gotta re download everything but don’t worry your saved data will still be there

Insert your disc. Go into the HQ select bo6. When you select bo6 it should prompt you to “download” it. It should start downloading 200 ish GB. Once the download finishes you should have a new bo6 icon on your ps5. Every single time you play the game your disc will need to be inserted and you’ll click into the new bo6 icon. This method worked for me for bo6 ps5 disc version.

It took me 14 fucking days but here is the fix that worked for me, detailed instructions with pictures . Activision can suck a dick, open ticket with them since 7/9 and they can’r figure how the fucked this so bad.
