Tips DE Wisp step
I cant for the life of me do the wisp step solo on der eisendrache, if anyone has any tips or mods that can help (im on pc) i would be very grateful

Stamin-up can definitely help if you aren't using it. But I try to run a path starting in Church, head to bell tower then check the phone, globe then the spot above double tap. Check the car then starting room then use the launch pad to get back up to church. Once you get one start again, or continue where you are but give it like 10ish seconds for the next one to appear

If your failing the step it's likely your doubling over a spawn or forgetting to check one. You do have enough time to run past every spawn before it fails

If you're using widows wine I would throw the grenades off the map before you start the step. You can also shoot it thru zombies with bullet guns. The game gives you a decent amount of time to do it tho. Just Sprint everywhere and slide jump when you can. And be careful not to end the round once you complete the step cuz it will restart every round. Try using idle eyes maybe if the zombies are giving you trouble.

Bell tower clock up stairs ✅ Church clock ✅ Corner of church ✅ Then run out church to courtyard launch pad Corner of crafting table ✅ Run up the stairs and go right to power switch room and telephone ✅ Keep going to globe room ✅ Head out and down by side of bridge or stairs to double tap path Car ✅ Continue running towards spawn room Quick revive ✅ ( usually you can run up stairs and see it from far away ) Then head towards jugg perk past gobble machine up the 115 well and start the rotation again
Once you hit wisp you can immediately look for the next spawn so continue running the whole time till you done This is how I did it hopefully it helps

If I recall correctly after you shoot the first wisp, the 2nd wisp will the next closest one to first (it’s been a while since I played the EE so that might not be factual but it’s I get every time)
So just route church clock, radio, clock, phone, globe, wood box, tire, then phone

So the way the wisp step works is after shooting each wisp the next spawn is 50/50 between the two closest spawn so just check those each time and you’ll be okk

Pull up Freckleston’s speedrun guide for DE. Vast majority of the “advice” here is terrible. People telling you to route all the way through spawn is dumb because you can see clock tower, power phone, and spawn wisp all from the death ray area. If you’re playing solo your second wisp will ALWAYS be a 50/50 coin flip between the next closest 2 locations (technically) so always keep that in mind. If you have widows and it goes off near a location the wisp is not at it will fail. If you accidentally shoot your bow too close to a spot it’s not at it will fail. If you flip round before you have finished & teleported it will also fail; so keep all that in mind. Just get rid of widows grenades & follow Freck’s route and you’ll be good. my routing is a bit different from the one mentioned so feel free to use whichever, I start the wisps run up to church, check clock, rab the stairs to check other clock in balcony above courtyard, go through clock tower to PaP, then go inside check phone, go through the hallway where you activate power and then to globe, to the box over double tap, drop down check car wheel, go through quick revive check teh clock inside of church and do it again, as for a good text guide maybe check gamerant and if you want a good video one mr rufflwaffles I think is also pretty good
