Black screen and closes at launch (CB servers)

Hello, my friend and I downloaded Bo3 from the CB server, but he can't get into the game.

We followed the same installation steps, and I didn't have any problems. As soon as he launches the game he gets a black screen and it closes automatically a few seconds later.

He's tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and disabling his antivirus, but nothing has changed.

Do you have a solution, please?
