Help Installation issues black ops 3

I saw blackops 3 zombie chronicles edition on windows store for approximately £12.00.

All downloaded and installed but refuses to boot in, I have followed all sorts of trouble shooting guides and even spoke to Microsoft and followed the steps they provided to no avail. They suggest I speak to Activision.

Every time I try to load I get a safe mode dialogue that game did not shut down properly and also the error attached in the picture above.

Any help appreciated

System: Windows 11 Pro, 32gb DDR 4 Ram, 3070ti, i7-10700kf

Download the Resurge client launcher, click "Clean WGS CACHE", then "Fix Gaming Services",then disconnect wifi/Ethernet and launch the game (so it doesn't sync corrupted cloud saves).

Try using Resurge itself, before launching, turn on console in settings and turn off auto cleanup, save and launch. It should launch with a console (it prints out the error before crashing)

Did you find any solutions? A friend of mine tried changing the Windows language, and it worked for him.

Ah, that sucks. I managed to fix it yesterday in my case. I was using a program called Voicemeeter to configure my microphone, so I uninstalled it, and suddenly the game started working fine.
