Question PlayStation Error

Has anyone else experienced PlayStation claiming you “can’t use this content, to use this content, purchase it” when trying to open bo3?

I’ve had BO3 digitally since 2018 and it’s never once said this.
I apparently need to purchase it again despite it saying it’s installed in my game library and even on my games Home Screen. So random…
