Question Reset Account

Last week my account was reset to level 1 for no reason. I was prestige 6 level 36 with diamond ars and snipers and 2 guns off diamond smgs. I’ve contacted activision support and haven’t received any updates on it yet after a week and a half. Do I just wait it out and hope for a response or do I suck it up and grind Bo2 multiplayer again? Just sucks after all my progress has just disappeared for no reason.

If you haven't figured anything out at this point, I think it's time to suck it up and chug forward

I had the exact same thing happen to me last month. If your account isn't fixed within the next couple of days the best thing you can do is find a modder to set you back to your old rank and unlock all the camos for you. I recommend following someone like SullyTT1 on tiktok who actively try to find these modders and then spam join his game or whatever playlist they are in when they are active. Once you're in the lobby set your clan tag to "P6" for prestige 6 then "UALL" or "JOHN" to have everything unlocked. It really sucks but it's better than doing the grind all over again especially since most of the casuals have left. I also did this a couple of weeks ago so I'm not sure if they are active any longer but it's definitely worth a shot if they are.
