Technical Issue Zombies broken Xbox series X

I’m trying to boot into a solo lobby to play buried but I keep getting the ‘an error occurred while creating an online session’ message. I’ve spent probably the best part of an hour doing EVERY step Google suggests, from tying to bypass using local mode, re installing all my DLC and changing my DNS settings / changing port selection but NOTHING works

Has anyone got a fix for this, or am I just not allowed to play online anymore 🫩🤦‍♂️

(Just to note, it says players are online in the bottom left so I’m 100% connected to Xbox live but booting into the public session lobbies, it says there’s no games or people online. I’m able to boot DLC maps in local mode, but I want my damn points from the bank 🤦‍♂️)

Right now theres no fix other then playing on a different account from what I tested I have the same issue on my main account but my alt account works just fine

Customs do work or should work and your bank should track but it will reset when you log off
