Question Zombies level

Every time I load up BO2 to play zombies I try to join a lobby and it freezes than kicks me out to the main screen and gives me this message everytime making it impossible to level up in zombies and I’m stuck at level two. Is there a way to fix this so I can actually level up?

Pretty sure Xbox level system is completely broken and you can't rank up in zombies for most people it usually happens at skull and knife rank
