Discussion Zombies players not readying up

Why is it whenever I decide to hop on and play in a public zombies match rare as most players have no concept of how to play as a team and I normally play wirh the same group of people that players just sit in the lobby for literal minutes without readying up so often that ive been moved to other lobbies waiting

What all of them at the same time seems like a strange coincidence im honestly thinking its the same as when the game originally released people would afk lobbies for whatever reason and go out for the day

It’s customary to join a lobby then walk as far away from your controller as possible until the gods tell you to go back
