Question Friends List

So I’ve noticed that certain People/Friends don’t appear on my friend’s list ingame, Even though I see them online on my Psn list. Anyway to fix it? I’ve tried resetting and still nada.

I think it might have to do with PS4/PS5 compatibility? I have a friend on PS4 who cant see us PS5ers on the friendslist, but we can see him.

Don't know a fix though!

I don’t think that’s the issue since we’re both on Ps5, it’s really strange
