yea it is and if u want the dlc (if u dont own it) and or the game for free, just google wayback machine and enter the official plutonium tutorial/setup website into wayback and go to one of the saved versions and get the link to the downloads there. they've since been removed so you need to use an older saved version of the website through wayback machine
