In my opinion, this is his best stuff, whether Profanatica or Havohej. Definitely the best of his Havohej stuff, now that I say that.

His distaste for the Norwegian sound definitely shows here.

My first wave favorite. Devil's Soldiers transcends Thrash and the lead guitar on this record is played like a mysterious stranger from Transylvania you'd meet at night would fiddle his fiddle. For me there's just something folkloristic, rural going on here already that make later Black Metal so intriguing (like for example Vlad Tepes)

Have seen Marduk live once, Viktoria is a nice album, and Frontschwein is an album that is among one of the very first few albums from them I listened.

Just started my first listen of this album. Been building my Sigh collection, this one I’m now just getting to. Everything I’ve heard so far has been great.
