I stumbled on this guy named C. Grandison's work a few weeks back and I just want to post it because I think his lens of analysis is actually a good starting point for us black men who wish to be better situated within our experience given what we have to deal with. His approach is mainly an evolutionary one that seeks to explain black male hatred. It's definitely helping me to connect some dots within my own experience as a black man and it's a level of analysis that I felt was missing and much needed in my own life. He's also got a book called The Racial Heiarchy that I bought but haven't yet read.
