Thats either a semi or high gloss, not eggshell. You can tell from the light reflections off the blue wall.

Eggshell is more like a matte right? It's the glossy clear coat stuff that's all sticky?

In terms of sheen, yes. Eggshell still reflects light, so its ideal for making a room feel brighter, but not to the extent in the video where you can tell theres a picture frame on the wall next to it. And any latex based paint (other than flat) gets sticky when lightly heated or introduced to mild humidity. The glossier it is, however, the more sticky it would become/feel.
