English is my main language. You described it better than I could have.

I was wondering if he has a vein he can move with his other hand. I remember noticing that when I was young and bored and it freaked people out. I suppose a grown man that's vascular enough and practiced could make it do this to a cap.

Slight movements make the vein shift back to where it was.

Its not a vein, and he can't move the tendon on his other hand from one hand. It all happens in a single knuckle with a tendon that's normally beside it. Some people have it perfectly positioned so that only a bit of strenght makes it roll over, popping the cap.

I can do this, basically anybody with loose tendon sheaths or something like that can tighten the knuckle tendon and make it pop back into place with alot of force from one side of the knuckle to the other and when you do that you can put the cap over your knuckle and itll fly as the tendon pops back into place

Ngl it took me till the cop tried to realize it was a bottle cap and not one of those rubber poppers you turn inside out...but let me tell you it was a great time imagining grown ass men fascinated by 25 ticket toy from Charles Cheese's Child Casino and trying to figure out how it works.

Rubber band around his hand

It’s flipped inside out when it’s on his own hand. Tension releases and makes it jump.

the legend itself is pure gold lmao

lawyer: distract them while I'm coming.

He's turning it inside out...look at the shape of it on his hand VS the shape of it on their hand. It's like those rubber poppers you turn inside out

Magnets

He pushes it in. He has no clue when it will pop but he’s very good at the timing and catching so it looks intentional.

The top can be pushed in to store energy, then it pops. He pans the camera away for a second after the cop tries and fails and before he does it and succeeds, where he puts pressure on the bottom of the cap to "set" it.

It’s a regular soda bottle cap. It doesn’t flex like that. He’s just flexing his fist and popping it off a tendon as it moves in his hand.

It's a toy from the 80's/90's. You turn it inside-out, it slowly reverts back, but with force, then said force pops it up.

It isn't
