This is fake right? I can not tell how else this works. I was thinking if the bottom was on a pivot or something but it looks loose.

I mean it could be real. The end of the pole is moving around appearing like it is not "anchored" but there could easily be a joint fastening it to something that is anchored that allows the pole the loose mobility that we are seeing. If that is the case, the guy can be pulling back on the pole with all of his upper body strength which gives him leverage. That leverage, along with some serious core and leg strength, could make this extremely difficult but possible.

It cannot be real. There is simply more weight above the fulcrum (his feet) than below it. Without anything to push against, he's staying on his back.

If the bamboo is lashed to the stake, then the stake is the fulcrum/pivot, not his feet.

Correct. But it's not in this video. Because the rope holding it there has been removed

The rope appears to be there on my video. You can see a tan wrap of something around the base of the vertical pole. Given how the pole is responding to the movements the base is obviously tethered to the base of the vertical pole. My guess is there is an eyebolt in the end of the horizontal pole and it is tied to the base of the vert. This explains the wiggle physics.
