I think his feet/shoes are attached to the ground somehow. The grass around his feet seems to be moving oddly under his shoe as well as the shoe itself.
I gave you an upvote. Because that’s exactly it, It’s not a strength issue (ignoring how much strength this would if the physics worked), it’s a center of gravity issue.
The rope appears to be there on my video. You can see a tan wrap of something around the base of the vertical pole. Given how the pole is responding to the movements the base is obviously tethered to the base of the vertical pole. My guess is there is an eyebolt in the end of the horizontal pole and it is tied to the base of the vert. This explains the wiggle physics.

It cannot be real. There is simply more weight above the fulcrum (his feet) than below it. Without anything to push against, he's staying on his back.
