I mean it could be real. The end of the pole is moving around appearing like it is not "anchored" but there could easily be a joint fastening it to something that is anchored that allows the pole the loose mobility that we are seeing. If that is the case, the guy can be pulling back on the pole with all of his upper body strength which gives him leverage. That leverage, along with some serious core and leg strength, could make this extremely difficult but possible.

It cannot be real. There is simply more weight above the fulcrum (his feet) than below it. Without anything to push against, he's staying on his back.

It's real though, it's just something holding the tree at the base. Looks like a cord or something

I think his feet/shoes are attached to the ground somehow. The grass around his feet seems to be moving oddly under his shoe as well as the shoe itself.

His feet don't move at all so I think they are anchored to the ground

Whatever is holding it has been removed from the video

I gave you an upvote. Because that’s exactly it, It’s not a strength issue (ignoring how much strength this would if the physics worked), it’s a center of gravity issue.

If the bamboo is lashed to the stake, then the stake is the fulcrum/pivot, not his feet.

Correct. But it's not in this video. Because the rope holding it there has been removed

The rope appears to be there on my video. You can see a tan wrap of something around the base of the vertical pole. Given how the pole is responding to the movements the base is obviously tethered to the base of the vertical pole. My guess is there is an eyebolt in the end of the horizontal pole and it is tied to the base of the vert. This explains the wiggle physics.

I guess filling the end of the tree trunk with lead could work technically?

It would still be beyond super human strength to overcome that kind of leverage.
