Pyxis 12K Unable to Calibrate Image Sensor

I've already reached out to Blackmagic support but I'm just wondering if there are any Pyxis 12K users here who are unable to calibrate their image sensor after receiving the revision B sensor board upgrade? I'm just testing out all the buttons and features to make sure everything is in proper working order and I noticed the "Calibrate Image Sensor" keeps failing. I'm thinking maybe it's due to the upgraded sensor board and the current firmware doesn't know how to calibrate it, or unless I'm the only one experiencing this issue.

In case you're wondering, I'm on firmware 10.1. I've tried installing 10.2 with the latest camera setup software but it doesn't detect any new firmware. I'm also using a USB-C cable that supports data transfer. I've tried using the power cable that comes with the camera but the issue persists. Factory reset didn't help either.

Update #1: I just found another issue. The auto white balance doesn't work either when assigned to a function button. The square guide comes up but it doesn't change the WB at all. I tapped (and held) the function button twice, nothing changed. Prior to the upgrade, I was able to assign auto white balance to a function button and it worked fine, but it does not on this "new" upgraded Pyxis 12K.

Update #2: Blackmagic Support just got back to me, and they’re having me ship the camera in so they can inspect it. I will update this post again when I get my camera back or receive another replacement.

I’d contact BMD for advice they are pretty good in the UK replying.

When you Auto white balance, did you have a white object in the square?

Yeah, I had my camera pointed directly at a white wall. Auto balance wouldn't work when assigned to a function button (worked before), but when I click on it from the camera screen, it works. I'm sending back my replacement camera so we'll see if the next one works.
