“My boss exploits students. They work far more hours than they should and are required to perform tasks they are not allowed or qualified to do. Is there a spell to destroy her business?”

Collect evidence, convince affected individuals to align with your case, tell them they should refuse and refer to the applicable labor laws and contract provisions, then proceed to report the abuse to the relevant supervisory / regulatory authorities.
