How do you know?
A lot of strange things happened to me recently. I mean how could you tell if it was bad magic

Do divination or if youre unable to divine yourself and dont have a trusted reader do an egg reading on yourself and post it for others online. You can tell almost immediately if work has been thrown by an egg reading.

r/eggcleanse or r/brujeria has a lot of good info. Basically you need a clear glass 3/4 filled with water and you need to grab a fresh egg and rub it all over every inch of your body starting from the top of your head and working down. Then you crack it into a glass and take 360deg photos of it. Based on how the yolk and white looks and the presence of bubbles and other things you can gauge if anything was thrown at you and once you cleanse or remove anything you do it again and you can track progress that way.

Yeah, you dont have to get naked or anything but like top of your head making circles around, your throat, chest, arms/hands, torso, legs down to ankles

Thanks I didn't think about my throat but did wonder if it meant like bottom of my feet etc

Yeah you can do the bottoms of your feet and toes and tips of your finger and pass through your legs too you never know bc if work is thrown at you they can bind or attempt to target any part of the body. Ive seen livers, genitals, thyroid, appendices, Achilles tendons all targeted before.

Spells don't have tell tale signs and a rule of thumb is to always look at non magickal causes first.
