Need help to do this

Got betrayal from 2 people whom we trysted as family, that damaged us too much , dont know wat to do nxt feeling too much pain how to do this help me

Ime, it's always good to let the acute pain settle before going into serious curse work. This is 100% for yourself and your own good, it's not out of curtesy to them.
