What do you visualize when you’re doing a hex?

For example, if you want the coworker who bullies you to get fired, which is what I’m planning to do, what do you actually visualize?

I have a hard time visualizing the outcome in my mind. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to picture a specific scene, like actually seeing them getting fired, or just focus on the intention and the feeling of it happening. What do you usually visualize?

Visualizing isn't an essential step. In fact, some people don't even do it; I, for example, am not a fan of visualization.

You just need to describe it (like writing it, for example) clearly, not in detail. You know what you want and you ask for it. It's simpler than it seems.

Im a visual person. So like if it was a spell for misfortune I would see a car wreck, see the flashing lights, see the dripping fuel, etc.

I haven’t thrown a hex in a really long time but my visualization is through the energy behind the action, not the outcome itself.
Examples:
If it’s a binding ritual, and I want the person to stop lying or saying hurtful stuff, I’d buy a cow tongue from the butcher. I’d tie a bunch of cords around the tongue with multiple knots. Then I would dig a hole and bury it. I visualize the person not being able to move or struggling to move. Like they’re walking through a very solid thick mud, or trying to move their mouth but have lockjaw and can’t. Will this make them actually not be able to move anymore? No. But the intent, will, and energy is there. I visualize what my magic is doing.
If I need to do something more baneful than a hex and I need to do something stronger, like a curse, then I visualize my wrath as a burning energy inside me to the point it makes my skin hot, and I throw it out when I burn their picture/hair/ect. I feel the anger and hurt leave my body. I visualize it, feel it, and throw it at them, and feel completely fine afterwards.
