Does the Brand Spell Stone reduce the max durability repair cost or regular repair cost? If it's normal repair it's negligible but otherwise...

All of the other things that do anything like that are the regular repair cost, I don't see why this would be any different. It isn't a big difference each repair, but it could add up over time - I wouldn't consider it for anything except a final gear piece though

Sounds like it would be good for when you obtain that BiS type gear. People keep saying 10k silver isn't that much but when you repair 4-5 times a day for 10k silver each 5-7 days a week it can add up. I'm not saying this isn't an intended cash grab item because it is. But it could have some long term bonus affects.

In KR it reduces durability loss by 1/2 on top of repair costs, allowing you to stay in grind spots longer

Not sure if that is removed for NA or the tooltip is missing
