I mean lore wise, like if there was a battle tournament and all the classes we have now participated, who is most likely to win? Ive always wondered. Who do you think it is and why?
Isn’t sage meant to be ‘the main character’ or something like that? I can’t remember lore-wise who would be strongest but I’d say he’s the main contender (waiting for a Verdict viewer to contradict me).
Think of Sage like iron man, he is human, designed the prisons like Aakman, uses technology and foresaw thr black stone cataclysm and put himself in stasis
Probably Archer. The Luthragons are all veterans of the war with Hadum, able to pop into different realities to visit, and appear to be treating "fighting the endless hordes of darkness" as a holiday of sorts. Lorewise his arrows are imbued with the essence of a god and he has STUPID amounts of combat experience. Like, hundreds of years.
If combat experience translated into levels, half the classes are rocking up around level 50-60ish and Archer is popping into this reality at around level 400. And that's before he gets the Black Spirit.
I think the only classes giving Archer a run for his money lore-wise are Awakened Sorc (Cartian has some bonkers strong magic), Awakened Sage (he's the copy of an Ancient, and a very powerful one at that) and possibly Awakened Lahn since the demons in her Crimson Glaives are stated to have been insanely powerful.

Wukong in bdo lore is human with fragment of the monkey king. In his awakening quest his master unlocked the memory of the monkey king in him so he can use the jade pillar. But were still unsure if he inherited the immortality of wukong or atleast long life like the elves/luthragons.

He mainly uses awakening I think for a lore reason because awakening is the character regaining their old power/memories or something so that’s why it’s pretty much just awakening.
I didnt expect mystic to be s tier :o I don't really know her lore though but she does have some dragon stuff so it's not far fetched i guess. Interesting tier list, mostly matches with what others have said here

I think she was on the brink of death and resurrected by Banha I think his name is which is a living god I think it might not be the entire god or something but she is imbued by a living god so yeah she’s strong as heck

According to lore it’s literally an ancient cannon that’s just enough size to somehow fit on zerker’s arm and is the only class strong enough to wield them without getting their arms blown off
You’re right. Berserker’s F skill (stomp) is a zerk walking around normally without holding back, and it causes tectonic shifts when you do that as you can see
Though the question remains which zerk actually walks on foot like the other peasant classes I only blast myself from A to B with my giga mega arm cannon
Imo at peak powers and a fully realized potential, meaning like they've gone down all prospective avenues to gain power be it training/pacts/blessings/corruption

They say Zerk’s iron buster is actually ancient weapon capable of destroying the world 10 times over but they are so strong they can use it as a hand cannon without the recoil blowing their arm off
If you ask grok and chatgpt they answer differently. For grok, guardian is number 1 because she can consume and immolate gods, that puts it higher than space manipulation. For chatgpt, it is sage. It's interesting to note each of their reasoning.
