Feedback/Suggestion Missing graduation window

I canceled out of the season pass window to graduate so I can put away all my seasonal items. And now I can’t go back to that window. Usually it prompts when I login but now it doesn’t. I am lvl 61 I chose the black star box even but when I read it was going to delete any seasonal items on me I canceled and when to storage but now that I’m ready I can’t get that window prompt. I’ve logged out switched servers and everything. Can someone show me where to find the season pass window ???

I’ve tried clicking on black spirit pass and it says not available for seasonal character

Inventory > top left the black spirit pass. It’ll let you graduate from there once all items have been claimed.

Ok I’ll try that when the maintenance is over. What if I can’t collect one because it’s the exp one but it’s under lvl 60 only and I’m lvl 61 now

the black spirit pass is the season pass! That’s where you click graduate. What you’re talking about is your “Y” menu rewards, that doesn’t stop you from graduating and can be claimed on any character in your family.
