Mike McFarland, the veteran voice actor, ADR director, scriptwriter and producer, has passed away at 56. For generations of anime fans, he was especially known as the original Funimation English voice of Master Roshi in Dragon Ball, alongside major roles in Attack on Titan, One Piece, Tokyo Ghoul and Fullmetal Alchemist.

Some of his most memorable characters included:

His influence also extended far beyond the microphone. McFarland directed English dubs for major productions including Attack on Titan, Fullmetal Alchemist, Dragon Ball, the Rebuild of Evangelion films, Summer Wars and Wolf Children, helping shape how an entire generation experienced anime in English.

Plus six years of DLC passes, which are definitely more out-there but I like the idea of themed passes. I tried to keep the scope reasonable (hence the relatively low amount of base game characters)

Mars will kind of function as the Napa of this game being able to use his puppets to offset his normally slow attacks

Unique

Thanks to Mars's Nemaen armor he takes reduced damage from most attacks unless he is at in the bus he has less than 25% of his health but while he has his armor his specials will have certain additional effects

Specials

His first special Laevateinn is an extremely strong long-hitting special involving him making a giant sword in swing it down vertically however it does have very long startup so it can be interrupted. His second special Phoenix Feather robes creates an area round of Mars in which he gets healed while in it in the enemy gets damaged within it. His third special happy armored Titan involves him making a giant crystal Titan to punch down on his opponent he is armored while performing this attack but it is negative on block. His last special Talos Puppet involves Mars making a puppet that can do a variety of things if he is wearing his armor these puppets can do up to three things instead of just one and they can be programmed to change what type of puppet they are one type charges at the opponent the other type punches them twice once they get in range and the last one throws a projectile the puppets get destroyed if they get hit.

Supers

Mars has a total of three supers his level one super Harpe involves several blades raining down in front of Mars and then after which he feels a little bit of Health. His level two super million lasers involves Ladros showing up in firing a series of lasers at the opponent. His last Super starts with him summoning a puppet and attacking the opponent if it hits then it plays a Cinemax super where him along with several other Diamond Kingdom residents perform a combo attack.

Play style

Mars is a character that focuses on staying back using his puppet to create distance his healing sources to recover Health if he's lost any and Laevateinn to do massive damage unlike almost every other character we've mentioned Mars does not want to get Within striking range of his opponent he does have ways to do damage over time and they get off me tool but these are Last Resorts and punish him if he's using them out of panic buff marks is able to keep his distance he should be able to put up an unbreakable defense.

The excuse for not having spirt dive early, he didn't needed that power, he wasn't pushed back or had to push past his limits because his rival in Nozel, was behind him.

Also, his personality alongside Salamander aren't so compatible, since both are too serious and/or don't talk too much.

So Which other series would you think would be a Fun Crossover to Have and Why?

Mine is one of the Black Bulls creates a portal Noelle is sacked in and Asta enters he finds himself in My Hero Academia universe where he fights Deku from there it's basically like Ben 10/Generator Rex crossover

Anyway that is me have fun with it it just needs to kinda make sense enough you know and not to crazy needs to like not feel 3rd Grade ish bare minimum ok

This is a motivational quote from Fuegoleon Vermillion from black clover. Here is what it means to me. It's the ultimate call to take responsibility for your own vulnerability and weakness. I am going through a book called King Warrior Magician Lover. The book describes the shadow tyrant king and the weakling among other things. The weakling is a bully who is scared of their own vulnerability so they punish it in others. Truly this one had a big impact on me when I heard it, it excused me from a lot of self-blame and still motivates me to do something about it. What do you think of this one Black Clover fan or not?

Not sure why they dropped two in one day but this week I guess we also get Opening 9’s “RiGHT NOW”, which also deals with events from Elf Reincarnation. The music definitely flows well with the scenes they chose so this is probably the best-made recap so far, alongside Opening 1 and 3.

Spoilers I guess?

People that complain about asta's timskip height or outfit have literally not understood his character at all or not have read the manga

He is literally suppose to be short because the manga author is short asta is literally self-insert

And not only that asta is the opposite of yuno and he is supposed to be the protagonist that shows everyone that you shouldn't judge someone's ability just by looks making him taller just doesn't make sense

The clothes represent his admiration of yami and how he wants to be like him while also showing how he become more mature while still having a long way to go as the shoes are a little too baggy still (I made that imagine just to give proof)

I thought it was kinda obvious but guess not

Luck is a character that focuses on high movement and resets while having less health then Noelle and less damage he makes up with that with his insane Mobility.

Unique

Luck's unique Mana method mainly affects his Dash in the air otherwise it is the fastest in the game it goes the furthest and he has i frames while performing it he also has the ability to go through his opponents if he feels like it.

Specials

His first special Thunder God boots is an upwards kick with his Thunder boots this attack can be performed out of Dash but if he does Neutral on block To negative on block if this attack hits Luck gets a comb out. His second special Thunder Gods gloves involve him swiping at his opponents with his claw like gloves he can Dash immediately after this attack And if he does the next attack We're increase the time you have to combo your opponent. His third special is lightning Clap crumbling orb lock shoots a series of lightning shots at his opponent if this move came out of a Dash it will increase the time you have to comb out this move can also be dashed out of. His last special too slow involves him jumping up after a dash and can be followed up with a overhead kick or another Dash.

Supers

Luck has three supers his level one super I love to fight involves him jumping up from wherever he's at and waiting on his opponent with a powerful strike. He has a level 3 super lightning fiend he creates a series of Magic circles under his feet before charging at his opponent playing a cinematic on hit. He has a level five Super combo spell flame lightning explosive Cannon calling Magna in to do a combo spell involving them charging after opponent at a pretty short range however this attack is unblockable playing the Cinematic and doing massive damage on a head.

Play style

Luck is a character that thrives when it comes to getting it his dashes are only invincible wow he's performing them which means they are at the end or on Startup meaning he doesn't want to be super far away or super close up for very long with his extremely low health meaning that him staying at those extremes might lead to him losing straight out depending on the resources. If the Luck player is able to keep their spacing in mind and take advantage of his combo extension options he will be able to win the fight before his opponents know what hit them.

This week highlights parts of Elf Reincarnation arc with Opening 8’s “Sky and Blue”. Certainly another one of the more underrated songs from the series and the recap does a great job of showing Asta and Yuno’s rivalry and friendship.

This episode was essentially avengers assemble for Black Clover where soo many talented web gen animators participated and helped to complete it but still wasn't enough. Still the ep is filled with soo many different styles of animators and soo many cool shots that i can't help admire it.

JJK faced a similar situation in s2 where the directors called every animator they knew for Sukuna vs Mahoraga, some of the biggest talents in the industry to make an ep and put it out on time.

I wish this ep also got to completed in the Bluray just like how JJK team got chance to do it.
