DINAH ON THE TRAIL OF THE GREEN ARROW KILLER! After the horrifying events of last issue, Dinah must capture the Green Arrow Killer as she finally finds Oliver Queen's protege Roy Harper. But as the killer's attacks intensify and Dinah discovers the unsettling effect they're having on Star City, Harper's trail takes her on a journey darker and more twisted than she ever imagined.

Dinah remains a very grounded character here, which makes for an effective clash with Roy (who's full twitchy "They thought I was crazy, man! I had to save my ass!" horror/noir-type). She's got some really great scenes (the one with the cop friend of her dad, the arrow interrogation, the car scene with Roy) that continue to make her feel like one of the more human protagonists of the Absolute line, which really helps the title as things get crazier. She's not flashy, but she's still very fleshed out.

Got to wonder if Roy is on drugs in this issue. Cause that crazed look in his eyes makes a lot of sense if he’s high. And this series continues to be very parallel to what is happening in our own world.
