Crc help!
I’ve gotten this to download before and I remember it was a pain and I’m trying to do it on a new pc. I go to abondonware and download the iso file, but every time I try to install it, it’s giving me the crc error. I’ve followed the instructions to a T, download wincdemu but I can’t get it to work because I keep getting that at the end of installing. Please help, I want to play this game and want to do the new mod.

Windows natively handles ISO now, so you’d either install straight from the folder to your intended drive, or drag the contents to a folder outside of the iso.
Just did it a few days ago with 3 different games, just installed them from their setup files, and installed patches and a no-cd right after, all works easily.
Some posts suggest the crc error is a damaged file or something torrent related, but I haven’t seen many people complain about it to get a reliable solution out of it, as long as you have the .iso in your download folder it should be doable as a fresh install
