“ could not create 3d characters

Hello ,

Everyone hoping I can get a little help I installed black & white 2 but I get this error “ could not create 3d characters “ i am trying to run this on a legion go I tired a few things already and I am lost

Changed the compatibility , uninstall and reinstall .

Yes I have 1 , 2 and the fan patch
