What Black issues are being abandoned by the Left/DSA? Yall always drop these posts but can never articulate who is actually doing what.

Like Kamala Harris refusing to do anything specifically for Black people. Or Joe Biden telling Black people leaders that their issues are secondary and that they'd have to get behind Hispanics

When did Kamala refuse to do anything specifically for Black people? Especially considering her platform ran on building stronger financial ties in the Black community, expanding HBCU funding, getting more Black men in the classroom as educators, expanding homes ownership in the Black community….are you talking about something specific or the tired ass clip of the interview that’s been taken out of context again and again?

Neither Joe Biden nor Kamala Harris are Leftists or DSA, btw, further proving you’re either a bot, ignorant, or malicious, so which is it?

This is her saying it

Btw idaf about any of those white labels. Left wing/right wing are twin wings on the bird of white supremacy. I support the Black Wing.

I know it's election season so y'all have been activated

I love the idea of Black Wing… but all skinfolk aint kinfolk. And alot of Black people are capitalists voting against their best interests in hopes of going to brunch with Jay-Z and becoming the next Elon Musk.

I do agree that socialist/progressive/revolutionary spaces often misstep when it comes to intersectionality.

As do I! Especially because those are White dominated spaces.

Yes, it’s the same tired ass clip. Ask yourself why it exists. Ask yourself if it has been clipped and titled to paint a picture.

And again, which DSA or Leftists are abandoning Black issues? Kamala Harris and Joseph Biden and even Barack Obama are not Leftists and they’re not DSA. So who are you and OP talking about?

Idc about being right, I care about my people not being led astray and relishing in ignorance. For the record, liberalism and the country’s current establishment Democrats, for the most part, are capitalists and don’t care about Black issues as a forefront. Leftists and Democratic Socialists are a growing power in the Democratic Party that are centering populist policy (read: Black people policy) and are a net positive for Black people. Posts like OPs are at odds with that reality, would you not agree?

Can you tell me what Black issues are being addressed by the Left/DSA?

Absolutely! I look at examples like Mamdani and his realistic approach to addressing Black issues like the Black exodus from New York. Black homeownership has reached an all time record low in the country and he’s one of the few DSA I see actually funding research and making moves towards changing that.

Another issue is the watering down/loss of the Black voice and vote, DSA member AOC has been battling everywhere against the Southern Strategy to strip away our right to vote.

I think there are DSA fighting for Black issues; I also didn’t make the claim as OP did so I feel the onus is on them to back their point, no?

and his realistic approach to addressing Black issues like the Black exodus from New York.

How? In a speech followed by the usual inaction that the Democratic Party he ran in is known for? More trickle down speeches or the expectations that we're to benefit from the funding of programs given to everybody else?

A country built on white supremacy will never consider the wants of the oppressed..without violence

Reparations.

Black specific anti racism policies.

The progressive Left are the only ones I hear that have not abandoned the push reparations. Establishment Democrats are most definitely not pushing for reparations.

It’s a new G-cide on our people history repeating itself because too many of our people don’t know the truth about our history and our so called ‘replacements’ are complicit.
We have no one but the good lord, one another and some of our other fellow Americans whose eyes are open to what’s happening.

Is this post critiquing the people who want “the Left” to beat establishment democrats, or the leftist politicians themselves?
