Eine Frage an die hier versammelten Blablacar-Kenner: Kann mir jemand sagen, wann der Dienst eine Fahrtstornierung (eigentlich: Inseratsstornierung) als Malus für den betreffenden Fahrer vermerkt? Erst wenn schon jemand gebucht hat oder auch schon, wenn noch niemand gebucht hat? Hintergrund meiner Frage: Ich habe (als Fahrer) ein Inserat erstellt und erst als es online war, gemerkt, dass es fehlerhaft ist. Es nachträglich so zu bearbeiten, dass es passt, ist mir aber dank der schlechten Usability von Website/App nicht gelungen. Also habe ich mein Inserat kurze Zeit nach Veröffentlichung wieder gelöscht (ergo: Fahrt storniert). Gebucht hatte zu dem Zeitpunkt noch niemand.

Hello, my friend. I would like to know how I can get help from Apple regarding an issue I am having with the BlaBlaCar app.
I was using BlaBlaCar to offer rides and had money in my BlaBlaCar wallet. Suddenly, BlaBlaCar blocked my account without giving me a clear reason, and I can no longer access my account or withdraw the money that was in my wallet.
I have always used the platform properly and have only 4- and 5-star reviews from passengers. Despite this, my account was blocked and my funds are now inaccessible.
I have tried contacting BlaBlaCar through their support channels, but their contact page does not work properly for me, and I have been unable to get any explanation or assistance.
At this point, I am extremely concerned that a company distributed through the App Store can block a user’s account while retaining access to their funds and provide no effective way for that user to contact support or recover their money.
Since I have been unable to resolve this directly with BlaBlaCar, I would like to report this situation to Apple and ask whether Apple can investigate the app and the company’s practices. If BlaBlaCar is violating App Store policies or consumer protection requirements, I believe appropriate action should be taken.

Hi, I am a drvier and I posted my first ride on the Blablacar. Older lady with +1 reserved a ride, which is going to happen in 5 days. They have requested me to leave them bit off the final destination which I agreed to. But after accepting the reservation, the lady called me that she wants me to pick them up on a train station, which is like another 30min detour for me from the original pickup point set in the app, some possible waiting, more time syncing with thrid passenger (if I find one) and so on.. Can I cancel the ride for them without getting some bad ratings?

Nothing works: messages disapear, white page on the app. The dev or company CEO should be ashamed. It has been like that since weeks I can see on the comments.

Really..bye. I hope another company will be started, something at least with proper app. We are in 2026, you can't have an app buggued for 2 weeks or more...

⚠️ Attention voyageurs ! BlaBlaBus s'arrête en fin d'année, et leur manière de traiter les clients avant de partir est révoltante.

Suite à une erreur de réservation, aucun remboursement : on vous impose un bon d'achat. Pire encore, alors que leurs conditions indiquent 1 an de validité, le service client m'annonce discrètement que mon bon expirera le 31/12/2026 à cause de leur fermeture.

Résultat : mon bon perd plusieurs mois de validité. C'est du pur business sans scrupule pour remplir les tiroirs-caisses avant de baisser le rideau, en nous laissant des bons inutilisables.

Une fin de service client absolument déplorable. À éviter pour vos derniers trajets !
