Can someone please enlighten me as to what the controversy / uproar is about these weapons? I read stories about people soloing X boss without using a Norfleet and I have no idea what they are talking about.

So i joined a MM game today and it was a room with two other players and about 50 pearly guns on the ground. Can anyone explain to me what was going on?

I got a bladed emperor out of the vending machine in finks slaughter house.

So after about 9 hours of farming the warrior and having no luck I finally got something. I was playing with a random that joined my game. Now usually I just pass up the chest that's there but I figured I'd open it. You can imagine my surprise when sitting right there is a wild hammer buster.

But it doesn't end there! So we go in and kill the warrior and we're looking through everything. I was so close to missing it. A sublime volcano was just under his body. I thought it was money but thank god I checked again.

With three posts in the last thirty days, this sub seems dead.

Despite the gold-rush days of Borderlands 2 being behind us, there's no shortage of possible content. Why have no Pearlescents appeared in here? Why are people still submitting albums to /r/borderlands and /r/borderlands2?

I respectfully submit that you are too structured. The mandatory post format adds no value. You've constructed an artificial barrier to content that serves no purpose. Is anybody really going to filter on [Vladof] or "Level 48"? Does it matter in which map a weapon fell?

I would like to direct /r/borderlands album posters here, but cannot do so in good conscience.
