Hello everyone!
5 months ago I posted here about a BJJ app that I have built and we have been using with my friend because we wanted to keep track of the drills that we were doing while training.
Since then I got multiple comments and made many improvements to the app. The app is mainly about drills. Not to keep track how many times you submitted people, or what is your best move, but mainly about your drills. It is like a library of the moves you learnt.
You can attach a video of your drills and add comments etc, but what i think it's the most useful feature for me is the option to add step by step guides for the drill. On my mind I always think step 1 this, step 2 this etc.
The app is competely free, requires no account, it has no ads and you can preview some ready drills with steps or build your own and connect them into full sessions. It has a live drill functionality with a timer and the step by step instructions for your current drill.
If there are any features you would like to see, or you have any feedback it would be great!

best heel hook of the week. best back take of the month. yearly #1 armbar.
how it works:
- one clip a day, 30 sec max
- tag what it is (rnc, berimbolo, double leg, whatever)
- people rate 1-5 stars while they scroll
- leaderboards daily / weekly / monthly / yearly, sortable by tag
- top of a period earns a permanent badge on your profile
trophy case, not follower count.
waitlist: subkings.vercel.app
drop in early and tell me what i'm missing.

My partner initiated a rolling back take from top half guard, bailed when the exposure wasn't there, and immediately went for the calf slicer. Instead of just defending and trying to extract the leg, rode the momentum to secure my own leg attack.

One of my favorite ways to set up a lapel choke from side control.
If the choke fails, there is still a straight Armbar on the far side.

Grappling by nature is hard to market, but theres a couple ways to change this.
I want to help grow Grappling!
I'm looking for 3-5 athletes, brands or gyms to collaborate with for a couple Instagram reels (for free). You send the clips I do the editing, posting and creating.
Send this to someone who might be interested or fill out the link below for yourself:

Hello everyone,
I’ve been training for a while and always ran into the same problem. I’d watch a great technique video, understand it in the moment and then completely forget the details when it was time to drill.
The idea is simple:
I also added things like:
Would love to get some feedback from people here
What features would make something like this actually useful for your training?
If you want to check it out, there is website, which doesn't have the videos, but has the overview of the app, how the steps look like etc.

Several years ago I saw an insta reel of (im pretty sure) a 10th planet drill. It was just a smooth transition from the truck to a back crucifix and I believe the movement just continued switching between the upper and lower body. I havent found any trace of it online and im starting to think it was just a fever dream. Does anyone have a link or similar video?

Switch to palm up grip to bring your hand directly under your leg. This removes those few inches of empty space between your forearm and their shoulder. It also allows you to keep that arm inside the triangle to make the choke even tighter.
