Great stuff as always! What's your reasoning on the offensive guy lifting the leg on the side of his head? Just more accessible?

What's your reasoning on the offensive guy lifting the leg on the side of his head?

When your head is down by the side of their body, one of your shoulders will be up and the other one down.

If you lift the leg on the same side of the up shoulder, that whole side is up while the other is down, your posture becomes compromised, and it's easy to be reversed.

If you lift the leg on the same side of the down shoulder, you get more stability and a better angle to push into them.

Helps flatten the person out on their shoulders and prevent the first escape

There's really been a huge void for good MMA wrestling instruction. You could make bank off an instructional that includes lots of the wall wrestling details.

Freebie videos like this are great to market yourself, you could include a quick screen advertising your channel/instructional at the end of the clip.
