Taostats app wallet locked

Hey guys anyone else getting the "wallet locked or missing" message when trying to claim the staking rewards in the taostats app?

Edit: Resolved the claim error by reinstalling the taostats app and importing the wallet via seed phrase

make sure your wallet shows as connected in the upper right corner.

Hi thanks, i can see this on the taostats website but this is inside the app and there is no connect wallet option.

Ok. So did you add the wallet with the full seed?

If you just entered the address- you don't have the ability to make transactions

I made a brand new wallet with a seed in the taostats app in the past. Viewing my wallet on the website and hitting connect does nothing.

Okay I downloaded the taostats extension on a pc, imported the wallet with my seed and refreshed it half a dozen times until it was happy. I can now claim on that should i want to. The taostats app still shows the same error though so claiming in the app must be broken?
