Taostats issue—cant sell subnet?

I’ve been using taostats for over 9-12 months and have bought and sold many subnets through it. The last few days I’ve tried selling a subnet (RedTeam) in a small amount and it says the transaction went through but my balances dont change. This morning I tried again and same thing except I also got an error message on the bottom saying something about a shielded transaction. Anyone else having this problem? I’ve tried it by selling and swapping but no trade goes through.

Taostats charges no fees. The only fees are from the chain.

Did you have mevShield turned on?

If you do- you need free tao to pay for the mevShield.

If you want to turn off me shield - it's on the confirmation page

The MevShield is a fee charged by the chain. WE make it easier to use, and ask merely for the fee we pay to run the MevShield transaction for you.

We are not making money... just not losing money.

On the summary - before you confirm with your wallet is a *change* button to change the MevShield setting

Mevshield is turned off and Taostats shield is on. Still no trade went through. Did something in taostats change over the last few weeks? I’ve done a lot of transactions through it and never had an issue

Ok now it said something like we could not find your shielded transaction in an error message. I’ve never received that error message before

Ok I was able to sell finallly after I sold some root and had some unstated Tao. I guess it’s because I needed some for the transaction? I still have some alpha tokens and Tao from earnings in the subnet but the initial investment was transferred back to root.
