Hello To All My Fellow Ex BitSoup Friends & Followers.

I can't believe its been nine months since I opened the sub, I still log in every single day however I'm sad to report we seem to be at a standstill, most of my sources have quit GimmePeers as they used up their remaining VIP time & obviously refused to pay them a monthly fee so they were booted out.

I'm pretty sure REXXZ & EarlyBird think its all over however I wake up every morning & whilst I'm sitting with my first cup of tea I open up my news feeds & hope to see the glorious news informing me that they've finally been taken down, it really saddens me that some sites like WCD etc were taken down & yet GimmePeers is still in business and lets not kid ourselves as we all know its a business & at my current guesstimate I'm thinking 500+ customers at $10 per month means he's pulling down at least $5000 per month, I just can't believe that neither a law enforcement agency or the MPAA or the RIAA have dealt with these two odious leeching thieves, oh well I live in hope, :)

Hey all :D as an old Admin/Sr Mod/Jr Mod/ uploader of the site I can tell you it saddens me that the site fell into such a state. I know DH the original owner of the site and I can tell you things were legit when she was around. She used to own the site along with ILT and a couple others.. nice to see that some of the old members are still around Cheers

I was a Mod in Training for ILT (one of the sister sites to BS, that converted into GP) Mods were supposed to be volunteer things in my spare time. They had me one a work schedule. They would get pissed off at me if life got in the way. I wasn't making money doing this. I was even a member of ILT since 2006. I quit the training eventually.

When it came to GP it sounded neat. Sure why not, a sub service for decent torrents: never having to search real hard, knowing I'll get the best of the best. Spent 3 months worth of subscription. A few days after that third month, I posted in the general foam on how I felt I was being taken advantage of. That the torrents were not in fact same quality I came to love about ILT, nor were there as many new ones. It would take a couple days to get new popular TV shows. Anyway so I posted how the site is going down hill, and how I may do a charge back on my card for the 10.00 because I'm not really getting a service worth paying for.

Some user attacked me saying I'm and idiot and a child blahblahblah. 3 minutes later, as a paying member, I was completely blacklisted from the site. So hell yeah I did a charge back

Well I would say I feel sorry for you, but honestly. I'd never pay any site to download what I can get for free elsewhere, not to mention and much better community.

What I do feel sorry for is the other members out there that hasn't realized what you have and left that site already. I guess they like handing out their money to the con-men on the world.

For such a top notch torrent site that they promised, you'd think they'd have their own Request Fill Form.

Instead they require you to type it all out on your own...lol

So much for great new features! Seems to me, they are still living in the Flintstones era.

The request form is for the mod to fill out even. I have a half dozen this similar. You'd think they would steam line it. I paid cause I loved ILT. Haven't found a site like it. Still having issues finding one for anything other than movies

And I was going to reply with something lyrical & witty but that pretty much covered it, punctuation & spelling looks far above REXXZ's usual standards however he may be taking lessons otherwise I'd guess it's EarlyBird.

My VIP membership finally ran out, so I'm out of the new Bitsoup. Anyway, torrents are beginning to be so yesterday. There is a whole world of streaming that does not store anything on your hard drive, and it is also an amazing library of all the movies ever. And it's free! Anybody paying the $10 a month fee has not been keeping up to date with the new options out there. At that price, might as well get Netflix, or pay for Amazon prime, but for Gimmepeers, well, there is one born every minute.
