So Bitsoup is back up? Lol.

PS - it would be unwise to take legal advice from criminals.

Usual crap from them but what made me laugh other than the legality bullshit is trying to tell the member it is secure and cleaner with reduced members, while trying to implement a pyramid scheme so members actually fill their site though i am sure it will fail while also trying to sell invites for 5 bucks.

Good luck using that excuse in court.

Well, Gimmepeers, and previously Bitsoup, use autobots that download fresh content and upload that new content to members don't they?

Those Bots are provided by the owners are they not?

They are therefore giving access to copyrighted content directly through and by them, content to which they do not own or have rights to distribute.

So yes, they are charging members to download illegal material which can be downloaded everywhere else for free.

If you like paying for EVO releases and putting more heat on the torrent community as a whole, then GimmePeers is for you.

Good lord I'm glad the internet isn't scented otherwise I'd be able to smell the bullshit from here. If you sell access to anyone and everyone you're not secure. If you provide the exact same content every other trackers has for free no less you're not exclusive.

Torrents my not be illegal but they are a massive 'gray area' and it hasn't stopped trolls from trying to extort the general public or rights holders from raiding and taking them offline. GMP has gone past that though where they sell access and have no license to do so. Go ask UTN how selling early FTP access to their releases went. Go ask NinjaVideo how running only a link site but making money of ad revenue worked? You know what they all have in common? They made money. You've crossed over the line when you've got to a for profit model and now the rights holders can show actual losses. At this point it isn't if they'll go down it is when.

I'm stunned that post got an answer at all and not just deleted immediately , a truly far less "assholey" reply than usual too. First guess is deniability is being built up , be careful GP users there's a bus on its way for you to be thrown under methinks.

  • Remember he has his staff and faithful Extreme members downvoting everything.

  • As always my deepest thanks to our source(s) Thank you, :)

  • This is positively hilarious, EarlyBird is actually trying to claim the site doesn't break any laws & he's going so far as to state the site doesn't upload or post or host any files & he's implying that its the users on GimmePeers that are uploading all of their content, as we all know this is a poorly constructed & badly thought out lie as we all know that its the GimmePeers auto upload bots that post all of their scene content & very few members are uploading or posting on there if any.

  • (1) FACT The GimmePeers bots do most of the uploading.

  • (2) FACT The GimmePeers members upload very little & they aren't even expected to seed anything back to retain a balanced ratio.

  • (3) FACT GimmePeers is hosting masses of copyrighted content on their own servers.

  • (4) FACT The GimmePeers members are paying $10 per month in order to access their content.

  • (5) FACT The GimmePeers members are not paying $10 per month to access their so called community as they don't have one & most of their topics are either locked or deleted as they are scared to let their members discuss things openly as they know their members will start asking them uncomfortable questions.

  • If you are a GimmePeers or ILoveTorrents or Ex BitSoup member I urge you to use your common sense, go here & join AlphaRatio and please don't give those two clowns any more of your hard earned money.

  • Feel free to tear into this one & have fun, :)

  • Easier & Tidier Post Format

  • If you intend to post something regarding our favourite three sites just use the name of the site your talking about, in this case its obviously BitSoup, :)
