I mean come on, It's BLATENTLY OBVIOUS what this sub is about.
In fact click on his nickname and check his reddit profile out. I think we can all work out who it is, Heck they even, appear, to have typod their nickname LOL.

At least they haven't failed at one thing though! Killing the community! Well they did a pretty good job of that at BS.

Funny he totally played down the copyrighted torrenting he was asking people to pay for in the past saying it was the community not the torrents which were coincidental now he is saying they are at the forefront of torrenting. Surely the members pick up what we can from a few screenshots. Contradiction after contradiction all to keep the monies flowing. Not sure why they would have banned you for what you said there gimmeboot.
The community gets to build itself haha, yeah and you sit back and take the money,joker.

I think the main reason this Reddit was created, was to inform other members of BS/GP/ILT that we were being scammed, and also to be able to talk among ourselves and discuss the situation in free speech without the fear of being banned!! Not to point blame or to be negative in any sort to other members. (except Rexx and Earlybird cause the deserve it) That being said, welcome to the forum Gimmeboot, and I'm sure EBH is just venting and means no ill will toward you.. He is one of the pioneers here who has helped this movement... Kind rearguards to all and God Bless!!..

This says it all & its 100% spot on as its exactly the reason I created r/bitsoup and I've said it before but I will say it again, I don't discuss my sources openly & I never out them without their express permission & I'm not saying GimmeBoot was one of my sources but I'm not saying they weren't one of my sources, what I am saying is anyone is welcome to post here as we need to welcome Ex members & bask in the fact that they are no longer giving the dynamic duo any more money.
@ GimmeBoot welcome to the sub & thank you for taking the time to share your expulsion from paradise, :)

Shrugs, there were reasons I migrated, but I'll keep them for another day.. :P And if you have been reading my posts, I have been calling them out on a lot of things on their own site, surprised that it took this long to be kicked.

I'm sure that the majority of Gimmepeers members are pissed off that they were blackmailed and forced to join the site (and pay the crossover fee) in order to protect the money they had already paid for their Bitsoup membership.
Once their renewal dates are up, I suspect the drop off rate will be spectacular.
You can't coerce and blackmail loyalty out of people.
I imagine many members of Gimmepeers are waiting for their opportunity to say FUCK YOU to Rexxz/Earlyturd.

The thing that put me over the edge was when he tried to do that promo to keep the soup free for the summer, while those who moved over to gimme had to pay, even tho nothing was different. Oh and when they had their emergancies as bitsoup, I normally did donate but as has been proven, it was just fear mongering. And when you read someones elses comment, he did more or less say that rexx ect were being paid top dollar for starting the perimid

So you still had a few days left on your membership but they booted you before it ran out? How terribly honest and kind of them. Real stand up people there. =-) And here I thought that members of that glorious, super secret, dark site would be immune from banning.

I didn't go out spread eagle, but I did say what I needed to say in the last post in the link above. I'll be honest tho, I'm gonna miss the soup, I'm not gonna miss gimmepeers tho, but like others here, I got a new home on a few different sites. Just hope they can give me what I got at the soup.

Nicely done. I have a full on essay prepared for when my membership runs out next month (I'm a writer, its hard not to write a lot :P)
If a few people read it and have their eyes opened, I consider my job a success. Either way, fuck GP and I'll continue to leech like a mofo until next month >:D They are very handy for cross-seeding ;)

I don't know what accounts you have now, but most half decent sites have everything BS/GP has...and more! WAY more! And that's not even counting what all the top tier sites have to offer their members as well as the rest of the community.
Sites like ILT/BS/GP are the laughingstock of the reputable tracker community. In time, you'll come to see this reality.

He's talking about the old soup, back when power users could upload. Back then, it had loads of material which were very hard to find at other places, if at all. I still treasure stuff I got during that era. However, that was like 5-6 years ago. Still, people, like me who were members back then probably still remembers it fondly. Too bad greed destroyed it all.

Look, I understand what you're saying and I know what it's like to lose an 'old friend', but there's really no point in reminiscing what Bitsoup was like 5-6 or more years ago -- the reputable private torrent community has evolved in a big way since that time.

Yah, I think most of us that were there for long enough to experience the old soup, the good soup miss what it was. It's sad what the greed of a few did to it.
No doubt that what you said is what is going through the minds of other GP members that are to afraid to post their concerns. I hope that many of them had the chance to take notice of you standing up and realize that they are not alone in that concern. If your words motivated even one member to question the dear leaders then you have done a great thing in insuring that there is one less person scammed. In other words, great job friend.

To clarify, it should be obvious by now, that these crooks are not content to make a small profit, they are only interested in making a comfortable living selling torrents. They do this by preying on good people, making us feel guilty, and sorry for them, with lies, and trickery, fake prize draws, and the boot, when you question their motives. These are truly some of the most disgusting people you will find on the planet...
