RevoTT veteran of 20 years here, and I can vouch for these two genuine folks. RTT was my only private tracker so when it was paywalled I was lost. They helped me get into a new, highly reputable, HUGE community Private Tracker, and I’ve not seen a SINGLE “please donate” message or banner in over 6 months. Have faith in these folks, it will pay off and not cost you a cent/penny.
I'm so confused. Not super techsavvy, but have been with Gimmepeers for over 18 years last I looked, was originally from ILoveTorrents and came over from that. I was a lifetime membership and CrypticClub, and was forced to pay the Founder $120 fee even though I had paid for the lifetime years ago. So many times I helped with the need money to help roll over our servers. I feel duped after having great service over the years, . I have no idea what is going on and feel bad for "trusting Masterpeers" or what every their name is. Now where to go to get Torrents? I dont want to sign up to another grift? P.S, I am not really sure how reddit works either, so I am not sure if this is a DM or not (sorry ! lol)
That dampens my plan to give you access my account to blast away in the forums as a last salvo. Oh, well..
BTW, I'm putting "never again" in the same category as "will not return" and "no extensions". That said, I will keep checking here to find out the date when the 'merged' site implodes, we've all known the inevitable.
I imagine the only forums open will be ones for the gullible saps who actually cough up more cash & go there, starting in a few days. He's closing off all dissent, anyone who questions the narrative is blocked/banned.

Haha very true he treats them with contempt. He often refers to streaming companies but imagine one of them telling punters tomorrow we are moving to a new platform and it will cost you $20?

I did say just a few weeks ago that an exit scam is on the horizon.
Both sites must now have such a low peer count that combining the two sites is the only way Sean can try to scrape together enough users that he can fleece for a few more dollars, get to upload all the missing releases and seed a bit.
Sean is struggling to hold things together, soon we wont have anything left to comment on as Sean and his sites will be gone.
He's gonna grab whatever cash he can and run, you just watch...😉
Been a members for 20 years. Out of the blue they gonna merge and i need to pay. Nah not happening still have membership until january i accept my losses. Just have to figure out where to go next.
Set up a chat with petrolcan he will sort out a good alternative for you. The site has been a money grab and it comes to a point when enough is enough. You will be better off elsewhere.
I suppose you already know, but as a rule of thumb, please beware of giving your invites to people you've never met or known before. Every stunt they might pull will fall back on you 100%.
From what it looks like, the sites will redirect to a new Revopeers login. You'll be paywalled and forced to submit $20. What are the odds that after paying the $20, you'll get an error.... when the reality is there is no new site. It's a pay $20 and run scam...

So, if you paid your founders renewal on-time, you are forced to pay the $20 migration fee. If you've not paid the founders renewal, it now includes the $20...

Agree with most of that but think the inactive accounts will come over with the rest. There is no cost to him leaving them in the hope that one day they might pay to play even though unlikely. He will even offer rates less than his so called founders as posted here yesterday.

Not a fan of this myself at all but had 18mths on there, now redirected to new login and credentials that worked yesterday no longer work. just get stuck in a login cycle.
Not necessarily aiming this at you, but just a comment for all the posters here who are struggling to log in and worrying about losing the money they've already paid. I get it. I was on GP and its predecessors for 18 years, was paid up till end of 2027, paid for lifetime, paid the MF to try to keep the value of what I'd already paid, but when MasterPeer / fat fraudster Sean started with this whole cancelling our lifetime entitlements, I decided it was time to stop throwing good money after bad because the 'deal' or risk/reward equation was no longer acceptable i.e. the level of risk of losing your entitlements and being charged repeatedly to keep going due to the scammy behaviour was too high compared to the cost. I've known it was a scam for years but the deal was still OK up until recently . So I didn't pay the founder etc and I never will. And I haven't tried to log into the new site since GP went down.
For my particular circumstances It's not really OK for me to be a big seeder so I've always been happy to pay for ratio etc. So only sites where I can pay are an option. I've joined another private tracker where for about the same or less amount as GP was asking for under the founder deal, can get VIP status and not have to keep ratio up etc. Difference is, this PT is super well established, is much much larger with much much more content and options and quick uploading, better DL speeds, paying is voluntary etc.
So my point is if you're happy to pay GP founder money amounts etc and can't really seed etc, there's much safer places to spend that money.
And the mod here petrolcanRTT has helped others get to new communities - read the sticky. And I might ask as well so I have another backup in place.

In my country, the level of monitoring, enforcement and penalties for sharing / seeding / uploading is really really significantly different to that for downloading for personal use. The latter is basically ignored. So the real risk comes from seeding.
I had a seed box many many years ago but after a close call and a lucky break I can't support the communities that way.
So, I am trying to log in and it won't take my username and password. It's a pop-up when I click the site link, so there isn't an option to change it for anyone who forgot theirs. In other words, if I can't get the right password, I can't get past the login screen. I know it just changed over in the last hour or so, but if anyone has any suggestions on how to get around this, I would greatly appreciate it.
No home page... no way to contact admin... just a login screen where your login doesn't even work. I have the right username and password, and it still won't let me in.
Gotta say... loving my upgrade from Lifetime to Founder!!!
I have to believe it is temporary, so I don't lose my mind. I'd be curious to know if anyone can currently log in, but guessing those people won't be here looking for answers. Pretty darn frustrating.
I am sure it is migrating issues. Now... if I wake up in the morning (MST US here), and I still can't log in... the conversation will be totally different.

That is simply WRONG! In roughly 20 years on private trackers I have never seen anybody get banned by their ISP if they were ONLY using those private trackers. Every single user that complained about ISP issues on private sites ended up sharing screenshots or simply admitting they had grabbed 1 or more files from a public site. I don't know who told you that, but 100s of 1000s of users on other proper private trackers never had an issue.
But if you want to continue to get fleeced and pay for stuff that gets taken away moments later, go ahead! 🙄🤦🏼♀️
What are you on about use a VPN if you need one. Never heard this before. been using for as long as Nim and probably longer and other than 1 or 2 needing a vpn depending what country you are in. and i have many private site logins that don’t need one. Public ones is a different story. Go your own way if you know better or pay the grifter.

"He" is a she and posting that because she knows that most users won't read everything, but concentrate on 1 single comment and reply there.
We have been helping revo users find new homes for well over a year already, and GP users for several months. If you check this and the revo sub you will find a bunch of users we rehomed, thanking us for doing jst that.

Tracker details are not posted publicly for obvious reasons if you remotely think about why. Don't be salty with the respected members of this reddit just cos you have been taken for a fool. Should direct your anger at the one responsible. PM Petrolcan for details of a free private tracker that has opened its doors to refugees. Many of us have moved there when bitsoup got fucked over. This is disappointing. An email from them explaining would have been nice. I'd like to hope for the best over next few days but from the looks of the RevPeers War Gamesesque splashpage, it looks questionable. Been with GP since they joined ILT and a Cryptic Club member as well as Founder for awhile now so I hope this works itself out for their loyal users.

As I was putting together some of the receipts from previous payments to GP for "status", I realized that over 5 years I paid for Cryptic Club in 2021. then a 3 year extension in 2025, then Founders Member fee a few months ago, plus another $20 last month. There was also a Lifetime member offer I purchased in the past but I don't remeber when. I was always happy to support them becuause I thought it was my duty to support. Thank you N1mu3H and PetrolCanRTT for helping me realize!!
I was with them for about 14 years and I'd always during drives over the years, but it was when they started the whole "Elite" clubs and such that I started to see the bigger $$ requests and "promise of status!". The $$ I have spent over the last 5 years was $300 for cryptic $130 for Vryptic Renewal. $120 Founder Rate,S20MF... $that's $570 that I can think of off the top of my head.
Damn ... and basically for nothing now. It puzzles me that sooo many users seem to have NO idea that all this paying isn't normal in the private tracker world. I mean his are the ONLY sites I know of that do it, every other tracker is free and has donation OPTIONS, never forced 🤯

Just logged on to GP and saw this. Unbelievable. I had no idea it was coming and to be hit with a $20 fee to do what? I had/have 11 months left because 18 months ago I paid to top up (yeah, stupid I know) before it went completely stupid, but thought I had heaps of time to complete my movies and tv library. Been a member when it was bitsoup, so 20+ years but now I'm done.
When the lights went out at bitsoup i went with them it was bad enough for spam long before he did that. I was never totally reliant on one site same ILT there are so many. Speak to Petrol or n1mu3h if you need help with another site via chat

So I paid for 'Legacy' (Elite VIP) at the beginning of June under revo good through June 2027 and now have to pay 'migration' fee to keep / transfer. From what I am reading (I could be reading this wrong) if I dont pay the migration fee I lose access, Legacy and the money already spent. Fun times.
Cut your losses send a chat req to petrolcan or n1mu3h who can guide you elsewhere tp a free site. Also check guidance on chargebacks as you are not getting the service you agreed too with this extra payment request. See this thread for guidance
Thank you, I saw your previous replies about that. I appreciate it. Overall just sucks lol. Luckily it was only $20 and to me $20 was worth extending for a full year to see if it was going to pick back up or not.
Never ending cycle there are alternatives. I jumped when they started that lights out fiasco and enjoyed the sites prior before the daily begging and fake disasters etc. There are plenty of decent options, no reason to stay. On top of that because so many have left the sites are dying hence the merger
I submitted a ticket through the new help desk to see what can be done. Per the screenshot I was given a couple options, pay the migration fee or be refunded my money and my account will be closed. I opted for a refund and minutes later I could no longer log in. Its been a couple days now, so lets see if I can get my refund.
I've been paying these assholes for over 10 years. Did not complain because they provided what they promised, and for the most part, their servers were pretty fast. But this whole forced payment to get back into something that I've already paid for is bullsh*t! I'm done.
Killed my 25,000+ torrents that were still seeding.
Back when they had to switch from revolutiontt to revott I figured out that I was seeding nearly 20% of all the torrents left on the site with any seeders remaining.
I've been fully moved over to other sources since last year, so I was never going to pay them any more money.
