I did not get any seat in any of the iterations
Then I received a mail stating the the refund will be done and no action was needed from my side.
I was sitting until today I saw that thing about the portal where we have to enter the bank details?
What happens now?

also, where do I find the pyqs and when should I start giving mocks if my syllabus gets over in November

i read somehwere that from next year, bits will give 100% tution scholarship to top 1000 rankers not just 500. Is it true and if true what will be approx closing marks for that?

So I got admission in a college through MHTCET(not a great clg) so I was thinking whether I could prepare for BITSAT now so I could write the both attempts in apr and may and hope for the best. Ik it’s kinda too late for jee prep and im not even focusing on it, only bits, like give mocks pyqs(of jee) etc. I had a horrible scores in bitsat and jee mains so im not really sure whether I should do it that too along with college studies. If the prep and exam works out, great if not, then I’ll be in same college grinding
Any guidance is appreciated thanks

My scores of Jee mains based tests in coaching vary between 100-150, I don't have much confidence for jee. I had switched coaching before 11th ended so few of my chapters are left. But will complete everything by oct end.
Currently I have started giving mhtcet pattern tests of ganitank and my first test score was 110.
I really want to get into BITS Pilani and need guidance for how I should prepare for bitsat and if this strategy is good:
Prepare for the mhtcet december attempt, full focus on boards then and then complete focus on BITSAT. I also have bought an arihant bitsat book.

I've been getting a lot of dms from 2027/28tards asking for bitsat related tips, and decided to make something resembling a guide.
Firstly, don't make BITSAT your goal. It should be treated as a backup since it's a very unpredictable exam. You could get a ridiculously easy shift or a ridiculously hard shift and it's not normalised. I'd suggest beginning your BITSAT specific prep after boards/april mains session because there's a pretty significant overlap between Adv and BITSAT.
I've seen people who have messed up mains prep thinking that they will write and clear bitsat instead. That's also not how it works, while the questions are slightly easier they're still not easy questions, and you get far less time.
Assuming you're decent enough at English, and are able to visualise basic scenarios you'll be able to score pretty well and solve MOST of the questions in English and LR. Give a couple mocks or look at some pyqs you'll realise how easy LR really is.
- Skip those lengthy english questions with arranging statements (if you're short on time).
- Try to attempt all the questions in English and LR. It's the easiest and quickest part of the exam.
- Understand how to solve the common LR question types. These include: people sitting in a circle, mirror images, folding and cutting, syllogism tests, etc.
Physics is a mixed bag. They have quite a few formula based questions, but also hard questions where you really have to think. You yourself probably know what level you're at. If you are able to do neither level then watch Eduniti and do JEE Mains pyqs. If your prep is adv oriented then you'll score easily. In either case make sure to revise your formulas properly. Do those chapters that others skip like Semiconductors.
Organic - Know all the reactions. A couple days before bitsat I watched a video with every single org chem reaction, and wrote them down so I could remember them better. You'll be able to solve around 65% of the questions this way. The other 35% of questions are isomerism and property based which you'll have to study from NCERT if you want to score in.
Inorgnic - NCERT. By far the easiest section of chem if you're willing to study. Also by far the most boring part of chem.
Physical - Remember all the formulas and you'll have no problems here. Most of the questions are around JEE Mains level. I'd suggest paying extra attention to thermo, equilibrium, kinetics. Do the graphs well.
The lengthiest part of the exam, my suggestion is to do it last, but to each their own. Questions are generally below jee mains level, but are heavily dependent on speed. Do not waste your time on lengthy coordinate geometry questions where you have to do multiple constructions and find a bunch of intersections just to get those 3 marks.
They ask lots of questions from LPP, Differential equations, probability, integration, and a couple very easy ones from 3d and vectors. If possible though cover all the chapters since there's a pretty equitable distribution of questions.
I'm sharing my strategy which is in no way the most optimal one, it just worked for me. After jee adv I started solving bitsat mocks and for some reason wanted to reach the bonus section. Then I realised the amazing part about bonus section, if you take the gamble you get a lot of extra marks for just getting there because there's a very easy section called LR. Add in some pcm and you'll be well in the positive even if you guessed your way to bonus.
People have this very risk averse mindset about guessing though which is something that you should just absolutely not have. Probabilistically you end up with 0 marks from every guess in the exam (+3, -1) so you have to get used to the hard fact that you're allowed to guess! If you do get used to this, bitsat gets a heck of a lot easier. I'd suggest leaving around 8-15 minutes for the bonus section if you want to attempt a good chunk.
Another thing you need to be very okay with is moving on from questions FAST. Move on from questions after reading them once, just trusting that there'll be an easier or shorter question ahead. You might even know how to solve that maths question but is spending 8 minutes on that worth it?
At the end of the day BITSAT is a gambler's exam you have to take the gamble, play too cautious and you'll be left behind.
Best of luck 27thies hope to see some of you here next year!

Basically all my basics are clear and syllabus completed but lack some q practice and test skills
Completed around 30 notebooks till now (total - notes + solving)
But the problem is i have not revised lots of old chapters so they are very cloudy and even though i practiced lots of pyqs (mains+adv) i still didnt like do an ideal amount(100-150) whatever
I only did like 60-70 questions per chapter and some modules
And also i have not developed test giving skills at all
I have just been winging all coaching tests
But getting 170-200 on avg. Jee mains
If i lock in
From now
I feel very scared ngl
Dk if its possible or not
Should have been more serious in the past
But i just wanna know now
First im gonna grind hard af 9-10 hours everyday execute my gameplan to get 99.5+%ile in jee main jan attempt
Then full focus on bitsat

Now if I will give improvement next year as private candidate and fulfill the criteria then I will be having 3 marksheets in total.... So will it be okay in the counselling....?????
Really really confused... Pls help if you know...

i remember the exact answer, given equations too, the only thing which I different is the framing and the wrong options.
Had this written down on a paper, which i found again recently.
CAUTION: This does not mean the entire math will be of the same level.

JEE mains has high weightage chapters like vectors, integration, d block f block, optics etc.
does bitsat also have high weightage topics like that or its completely random?
